Job description

Seeking an experienced pharmaceutical sales representative to manage a territory including Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Newport News, Norfolk, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities Include

Generating sales and promoting the clinical and economic benefits of products
Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) and staff
Educating medical professionals through scientific information and educational programs
Collaborating with internal teams and external resources to achieve sales goals
Developing strategic business plans based on complex data analysis
Identifying new growth opportunities within the territory

Qualifications Include

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1-2 years sales experience in pharma, biotech, or related industries
Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing territories independently
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to learn and explain complex medical/scientific information
Valid US driver’s license with a clean record
Influence skills without direct authority
