Job description
We are seeking an experienced EDI On-boarding Customer Success Manager to lead customer integration processes, ensuring seamless setup and adoption of EDI solutions.
Responsibilities Include
- Serving as the main contact during onboarding, guiding clients through testing and configuration.
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Development teams for smooth EDI integration.
- Managing partnerships with outsourced EDI onboarding providers.
- Building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing strategic guidance.
- Managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources for successful onboarding.
- Providing training and technical support on the platform and troubleshooting issues.
- Representing customer feedback to influence product improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- At least 3 years in customer success or project management, especially in e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of EDI processes and onboarding experience.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams; knowledge of integration technologies is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
