Eligibility

You must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance or maintain a security clearance.

KNOWLEDGE: Embedded C/C++, Communication systems, Linux embedded systems

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years

CAPACITY: Full Time

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Embedded Software Developer who enjoys problem solving and technology innovation. This role involves development of cutting-edge communication hardware, firmware and software for real time signal processing. The work requires communication technology experience, with good mathematics skills and aptitude for creative thinking to design functional, efficient and novel hardware solutions to complex problems.

KNOWLEDGE: Systems Engineering, Engineering standards, Defence project lifecycle, GUI development

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years

CAPACITY: Full Time

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The position is suitable for an experienced Software Developer with 2+ years of experience. The work is predominantly technical and requires excellent understanding of application design, implementing hardware interfaces such as ethernet and implementing digital signal processing algorithms. Experience with linux systems, embedded software design and communication systems are also very

desirable.

KNOWLEDGE: FPGA design, FPGA testing, VHDL, Verilog, Vivado, Matlab

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years

CAPACITY: Full Time

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This position requires a creative and inquisitive person with a methodical approach to problem solving. The work is predominantly technical and requires excellent understanding of radio frequency (RF) concepts, FPGA and ARM processor development, digital signal processing, related hardware technology, test equipment and/or communication systems. Experience with Matlab is also very desirable.
