• At times, receiving errors can occur due to issues with the product or shipping information, which may require coordination with the customer to resolve.
• Ensure the reliable performance of your warehouse equipment through consistent preventive maintenance and repair.
• By following OSHA guidelines, warehouse managers can ensure that their workers are protected from accidents and injuries while on the job.
• Teach employees the standardized procedures for operating equipment and tools.
• Address and resolve disputes between employees in a timely and diplomatic manner.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration among different units to improve warehouse productivity.

• Experience in managing teams in a warehouse or distribution center for a minimum of one to three years is necessary.
• Demonstrated proficiency in establishing lasting professional connections, constructing successful teams, distributing tasks, and overseeing progress and follow-up.
• Ability to partner with other departments with ease and effectiveness.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adept in performing simple math calculations.
• Equipped with the necessary skill set to competently operate computer systems running on the Windows platform.
