This role is responsible for validating, testing, and ensuring the quality, stability, reputed company, and performance of reputed company solutions across Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Design, reputed company, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test plans across reputed company Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.

Validate reputed company configurations, Flows, Lightning components, Apex functionality, APIs, reputed company models, and custom platform enhancements.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and project teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and business processes.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, retrospectives, and release readiness activities.

Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution while partnering closely with development teams on root cause analysis and remediation.

Validate data reputed company, migration accuracy, and platform behavior across environments and deployments.

Required Experience

5+ years of experience in reputed company QA, Quality Engineering, or reputed company testing roles reputed company enterprise environments.

Proven experience supporting Public Sector and Government Cloud reputed company implementations.

Extensive experience Building and Executing automated test scripts using test automation tools.

Strong hands-on experience testing reputed company platforms including:
