Learning Technology Specialist (SuccessFactors LMS / SAP Enable Now)

Role and Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day LMS administration in SuccessFactors (course setup, assignments, user management, reporting)

Build and maintain training schedules in partnership with site-based training managers (manufacturing & distribution)

Upload and manage training content within the LMS

Support SAP Enable Now administration, including content updates and issue resolution

Help troubleshoot LMS and digital adoption tool issues as they arise

Support scaling of existing LMS processes

Assist with new LMS functionality and assessments

Provide support for AI-enabled solutions (e.g., end-user support agent tied to training materials)

Track training completion and ensure data accuracy

Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training deployment
