Role & responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Mobile /electronics products
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Handle billing processes
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Keep updated with latest trends and product knowledge

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in retail sales (Mobile experience preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with customer-handling ability
• Basic knowledge of phones is an advantage
