Job Responsibilities of Department Manager - SLP

• Managing security staff and security related activities
• Conduct pallet safety audit, computer system audit on a daily basis
• Conduct global count and verify count during Inventory
• Keep a track on end control recovery tracker and find frequent violators
• Conduct weekly pallet safety, forklift safety, fire & electric audit
• Conduct monthly fire equipment, rack safety audit and initiate repairs
• Conduct cash management audit to ensure petty cash is used properly
• Conduct mock safety drills regularly in the store
• Generate incident reports for every month and work on reducing them
• Identify root cause of shrinkage and work on reducing it
• Conduct sales of scrapped carton boxes
• Support GR in stock receiving and stock transfer
• Ensure all CCTVs are working in the store all times.
