Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Graduation Mandatory
• 3 to 8 Years of Retail Experience
• Experience in Supermarket / Hypermarket is Mandatory
• Minimum 1 to 2 Years experience as Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Department Manager preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to handle overall store operations, team management, customer service, sales performance, and inventory control. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and hands-on retail operations experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly
• Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor stock availability, inventory, shrinkage, and replenishment
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff for better performance
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store standards
• Maintain SOP compliance, hygiene, and safety standards
• Prepare reports related to sales, attendance, and operations
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning
• Handle staff rostering, discipline, and employee engagement
