Job Description
We’re seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys both desk-based and on-site support. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and confident supporting senior leadership while resolving day-to-day IT issues.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-level IT support (in-person & remote)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues
- Deliver white-glove support to executives and senior leadership
- Configure and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Support printers, endpoints, and workplace infrastructure
- Manage tickets using Jira or similar systems
- Administer devices via Microsoft Intune / MDM tools
- Assist with employee onboarding & offboarding
- Perform basic infrastructure and hands-on troubleshooting (cabling, workstations)
- Follow up with users to ensure timely resolution
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of IT support / desktop support experience
- Experience supporting executives or senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with device management tools (Intune, MDM)
- Working knowledge of Windows, networking, and cloud (Azure is a plus)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
- Strong communication skills with a professional, calm, and confident presence
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-pressure environment
- Comfortable with hands-on work and occasional schedule flexibility
