Position Overview

Release and Renew Mental Wellness, LLC is seeking a dynamic and community-driven Community Relations Specialist to expand our presence across Baltimore and surrounding regions. This role focuses on building strategic partnerships, increasing access to behavioral health services, and strengthening community engagement.

The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health advocacy, outreach, and connecting individuals and organizations to quality care. This position involves a combination of in-person outreach, relationship-building, and strategic growth initiatives.

Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type: Part-Time (28 Hours/Week)
• Work Location: Hybrid (Towson, MD + community-based travel)

Compensation

• Salary: $30,000 $45,000 annually (based on experience)
• Eligible for performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral sources and strategic partnerships
• Represent RRMW at community events, meetings, and outreach initiatives
• Build relationships with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations
• Implement outreach and communication strategies to increase engagement
• Plan and execute events to increase visibility and access to services
• Track referrals, leads, and outreach activities using CRM systems
• Conduct follow-up communication to improve referral conversion
• Collaborate with leadership on growth and expansion strategies

Performance Expectations

• Increase referral connections by 2035% through outreach efforts
• Maintain consistent participation in community meetings and events
• Track outreach and referral activity accurately
• Support measurable growth in community awareness and service utilization

Community Engagement Focus

• Identify and develop new community partnerships
• Strengthen existing referral relationships
• Promote access to behavioral health services
• Support outreach initiatives in underserved communities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, Social Work, Psychology, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, marketing, or community outreach preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of CRM systems and digital communication tools

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within Baltimore and surrounding regions
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards

Work Environment

Hybrid role combining in-office work, remote responsibilities, and community-based outreach activities throughout Baltimore and surrounding regions.
