- Legal age to sell and/or serve alcohol per state and/or local laws
- Completion of state or local alcohol service training and possession of required certificates
- Completion or in-process status of management certification program
- Obtaining food handler's card where applicable
- Obtaining ServSafe Food Manager Certification
- SDS training requirement
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, handle and feel with hands, reach with arms, talk or hear
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to regularly lift up to 60 pounds
