Role Description The Chemist will work full time on-site at Regain Laboratories’ facility in Hisar, performing laboratory experiments, analyses, and testing to support product development and quality assurance. Responsibilities include preparing and handling chemical solutions, operating analytical instruments, recording and interpreting data, and maintaining accurate laboratory documentation. The Chemist will collaborate with R&D and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize methodologies, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves routine equipment calibration, monitoring laboratory inventory, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Laboratory Skills, including safe handling of chemicals, solution preparation, and use of standard lab equipment
• Quality Control experience, with the ability to follow protocols, perform routine testing, and document results accurately
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation, method development, and problem-solving in laboratory settings
• Research and Development (R&D) and Research experience, including designing experiments and evaluating outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline
• Knowledge of laboratory safety guidelines, good documentation practices, and relevant regulatory standards
• Proficiency in using common laboratory software and basic data analysis tools
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Prior experience in industrial or commercial laboratory environments is an advantage
