You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and financial performance of a shopping center. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maximizing revenue through leasing and marketing strategies
- Ensuring operational efficiency by managing facility maintenance, security, housekeeping, HVAC, and safety compliance
- Driving tenant satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with retailers

- Managing budget, forecasting sales, monitoring cost parameters, and ensuring profitability
- Developing strategies to improve foot traffic and enhance the overall brand image through marketing and events
- Leading and managing staff performance, fostering a productive setting, and setting performance goals for departments
- Engaging with brand owners, investors, and vendors to ensure operational success
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in retail management, property management, or business development, often in a leadership capacity for 5+ years
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
