You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and financial performance of a shopping center. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maximizing revenue through leasing and marketing strategies
- Ensuring operational efficiency by managing facility maintenance, security, housekeeping, HVAC, and safety compliance
- Driving tenant satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with retailers
- Enhancing customer experience to increase footfall
- Managing budget, forecasting sales, monitoring cost parameters, and ensuring profitability
- Developing strategies to improve foot traffic and enhance the overall brand image through marketing and events
