Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and financial performance of a shopping center. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maximizing revenue through leasing and marketing strategies
  • Ensuring operational efficiency by managing facility maintenance, security, housekeeping, HVAC, and safety compliance
  • Driving tenant satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with retailers
  • Enhancing customer experience to increase footfall
  • Managing budget, forecasting sales, monitoring cost parameters, and ensuring profitability
  • Developing strategies to improve foot traffic and enhance the overall brand image through marketing and events
  • Leading and managing staff performance, fostering a productive setting, and setting performance goals for departments
  • Engaging with brand owners, investors, and vendors to ensure operational success

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in retail management, property management, or business development, often in a leadership capacity for 5+ years
  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
