About the Role

Recnaile Private Limited is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our UAV components, drone systems, RF modules, GPS products, avionics systems, and related technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B technical sales, customer relationship management, business development, and handling government/private sector clients in the drone, electronics, aerospace, or defence ecosystem.

  • Build and manage relationships with:

  • Government Agencies
  • Research Organizations
  • Drone Startups
  • Identify new market opportunities across India and international markets
  • Handle complete sales cycle:
  • Lead generation
  • Technical discussion coordination
  • Proposal submission
  • Negotiation
  • Order closure
  • Coordinate closely with engineering and product development teams
  • Participate in:
  • Exhibitions
  • Defence expos
  • Technical events
  • Customer meetings
  • Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and competitor analysis
  • Support strategic partnerships and channel development
