Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, generate leads, and improve brand awareness. This is a night shift role, as you will be working with a Canada-based company and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and run ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
• Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads
• Handle social media accounts (posting, engagement, messaging)
• Create engaging content (images, reels, videos, captions)
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Improve website traffic using SEO strategies
• Manage email marketing campaigns
• Use Microsoft Outlook for:
• Professional email communication
• Client follow-ups and lead management
• Calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing (1–3 years preferred)
• Knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
• Basic understanding of SEO and lead generation
• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Proficiency in:
• Canva
• Google Analytics
• Meta Ads Manager
• Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to analyze and optimize campaigns

Work Schedule

• Night Shift (aligned with Canadian working hours)
• 9.30 pm – 6:00 AM IST.

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Experience in real estate or property management marketing
• Video editing skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Graphic design skills
