The Finders Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an Investment Analyst/Associate for our client, a full-service Real Estate Development Firm located in New Castle County, Delaware. This Analyst/Associate will work on the Acquisitions, Development and Capital Markets Team leading the underwriting for new acquisitions, lead financial, market and property level due diligence, and research and present analysis. This is an exciting growth role in a fast-paced and pedigreed asset management environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field
• MBA, MSRE is preferred
• 3+ years of Commercial Real Estate Finance
• Have a working knowledge of abstracts , leases, loan documents, partnership agreements, and other related documents
• Corporate finance experience, including forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a high degree of attention to detail
• High Proficiency with ARGUS and Excel
• Excellent communicator with effective and persuasive negotiation skills
• Experience interacting with lenders, construction, leasing and financing is preferred
