Operations Laborer

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers for the summer months. (May 1st - September 1st) In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

• Line painting on provincial highways in southern Manitoba.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
