Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer at our Bhopal location. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for providing gold loan services, managing loan documentation, and ensuring compliance with bank policies. Key tasks include assessing the quality and value of gold, processing loan applications, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting gold loan products to drive business growth. Additionally, the role requires adherence to regulatory guidelines and timely reporting of activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial products, specifically gold loans, and knowledge of gold valuation techniques
• Skills in customer relationship management and client servicing
• Proficiency in documentation, regulatory compliance, and process adherence
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and maintain quality standards
• Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
• Previous banking or NBFC experience in gold loans is an added advantage
