Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strategy development for credit card acquisitions
- Monitoring delinquency performance basis vintage, early performance, loss rates & bounce rates and suggest proactive measures
- Leverage credit bureau data and Identify variables & trends that are impacting or are leading indicators of risk basis on us and off us variables.
- Track campaign performance using target and control populations and taking corrective actions, wherever necessary
- Customer segmentation using Decision Trees to profile the customers into distinct groups based on their characteristics
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate (Engineers/MBA/Statistics/Economics/Maths)
- 4+ years of experience in Financial services domain. Credit Card background preferred.
- Strong analytical skills & algorithmic approach to problem solving with experience in SQL
- Experience in managing & handling data, providing analytical insights & data drive decisions
- Hands-on with Analytical techniques to process large data quickly
