Profil De Candidat Recherché

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Utility Worker with a valid CDL to support our onsite fleet operations. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of our vehicles and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, sanitize, and wash the interior and exterior of fleet vehicles in accordance with OSHA and CDC standards
  • Detail an agreed-upon number of vehicles per month
  • Inspect vehicles and document any damage; report findings to management
  • Check, maintain, and document system fluid levels (oil, DEF, coolant, washer fluid, etc.)
  • Ensure all vehicle emergency equipment (fire extinguisher, body-fluid kit, first aid kit) is fully stocked and functional
  • Accurately report end-of-day (EOD) mileage for all vehicles
  • Maintain clear, detailed records of all services performed
  • Safely move vehicles between job sites and work areas using CDL credentials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
  • Assist team members as needed
  • Close and secure the office and shop at the end of each day
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements – Required
  • No criminal convictions or DWI/DUI, assault, or controlled substance possession within the past five (5) years
  • Ability to successfully pass:
  • Pre-employment performance evaluation
  • DOT physical
  • Drug and alcohol screening
  • Background investigation and pre-employment assessments
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience related to vehicle servicing, fleet maintenance, or equivalent experience
  • General knowledge of fuels, lubricants, vehicle safety procedures, and cleaning materials
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and crawl as required

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $19.85 per hour
