Join Our Team as a Supply Chain Planner/Buyer in O’Hara Township, PA

Are you an expert in materials management looking to make a measurable impact? We are seeking a strategic Supply Chain Planner/Buyer to join our team in O’Hara Township.

In this advanced, onsite role, you will be the driving force behind reliable material supply and operational efficiency. We need a problem-solver who can navigate complex, ambiguous environments to ensure we meet production demands and customer commitments with precision.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Strategy: Lead projects to optimize efficiencies, resolve supply shortfalls, and maintain inventory targets.
Manage Complexity: Leverage your financial and operational judgment to handle procurement challenges and manage end-to-end supply scenarios.
Own the Process: Maintain SAP planning parameters, manage component forecasts, and lead supplier relationships.
Collaborate: Partner with site leadership, technical teams, and business units to support product lifecycles, launches, and regulatory change management.

What You Bring:

10+ years of total professional experience.
3+ years specifically in Product Supply (SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Quality) within the Life Science or FMCG industry.
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
A proven ability to mentor, delegate, and influence across multiple levels of an organization.

Pay: $50.55 per hour (W2)

Shift: 7am-4pm M-F

Location: Onsite in O'Hara Township, PA
