Senior Expert, IT risk, control & audit

As a Risk and Audit Manager at Randstad, you will play a crucial role in implementing the risk and audit strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing multiple risk frameworks and refining risk management and oversight processes to ensure alignment with organizational policy and objectives.
• Leading key risk and audit programs and providing sound recommendations to mitigate key risk developments and emerging risks while aligning with company goals and progress.
• Overseeing the regular analysis of key business impacts and exposures, developing effective risk strategies and mitigation actions with cross-functional teams.
• Leading processes for complex engagement with key risk owners and business sponsors, providing comprehensive technical expertise on effectively managing risks.
• Evaluating recommendations to bridge gaps between stated processes and actual outcomes of financials, translating them into concrete action plans.
• Reviewing financial or operational audits to ensure compliance with internal requirements and standards of conduct and supporting continuous improvement in audit processes.
• Mentoring other Risk & Audit professionals and junior managers, sharing knowledge on emerging trends, changes, and challenges in Risk & Audit.

You will also be expected to engage key stakeholders, provide valuable insights during meetings, and communicate updates to senior leaders effectively.

Qualifications required for this role:

• Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in risk and audit discipline
• Ability to guide or lead others in solving complex problems
• Experience in working independently, especially in complex situations
• Strong skills in internal controls, corporate governance, data visualization, stakeholder management, information management, risk analysis, and risk-based internal auditing.
