Job Description
CRM Developer, contract position
Number of openings: 1, 3-6month initial contract
Location: GTA
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Hybrid position, 3-4d/w onsite in Toronto
Roles and responsibilities:
Looking for a SR. CRM developer to design, develop, test, and maintain critical systems, while providing production support and application monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Integration: Design, develop, integrate, test, and transition Advisor Compensation systems into production.
- Production Support: Provide daily production support, incident monitoring, and troubleshooting for applications within the Individual Customer line of business.
- Problem Resolution: Identify permanent fixes for application issues, scope the required work, and execute changes.
- Collaboration: Liaise with project teams, provide consulting support, and complete development assignments as directed by the team leader.
Must have skills/experience/qualifications:
Education
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science (or a related discipline), or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
A minimum of 5+yrs of the following:
- Technical Core: Proven experience and training with Siebel CRM.
- Software Engineering: Strong understanding of software design methodologies, documentation tools, and requirements analysis.
- QA & Testing: Experience in quality assurance and the development/execution of application test plans.
- Tools: Exposure to job scheduling and file transfer tools is considered a strong asset.
- Methodology: Solid understanding of general technology project methodologies, processes, and practices.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team.
