Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure quality standards in all civil construction activities.
• Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and site activities.
• Implement QA/QC procedures as per project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and construction quality regulations.
• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents related to quality control.
• Handle concrete quality checks, material testing, and finishing inspections.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge in civil construction quality standards and procedures.
• Experience in high-rise/building/infrastructure projects preferred.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project quality activities independently.
• Knowledge of testing procedures, site inspections, and documentation.
