Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of Rajshri Entertainment and Rajshri Soul across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
Develop content calendars aligned with brand objectives and ongoing campaigns.
Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to drive engagement.
Write compelling captions, copy, and social media creatives in coordination with the design team.
Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with internal teams for content planning, launches, and promotional activities.
Execute real-time marketing opportunities and trend-based content.
Stay updated on social media best practices and emerging digital trends.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Snapchat.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment.
Passion for entertainment, digital media, lifestyle, and audience engagement.
Basic understanding of social media insights, reporting, and performance analysis.
