**Qualification Required:**

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React (Hooks, Context API, Redux or similar state management), REST APIs, and asynchronous programming
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, responsive and cross-browser development, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with component libraries and design systems (e.g., Storybook)
