About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Design Lead to own and elevate our end-to-end digital experience across e-commerce and marketing channels. This role blends UI/UX design, digital strategy, and data-driven decision-making, making it ideal for someone who can execute at a high level while contributing to product and brand direction.

This is an individual contributor role with leadership responsibilities, suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will play a key role in shaping customer journeys, optimizing conversion, and building scalable design systems that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Execution

• Lead the design of digital experiences across the e-commerce platform (website, landing pages, campaigns)
• Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX for digital products and e-commerce experiences
• Own the full design lifecycle from wireframes to implementation
• Create intuitive, high-converting user experiences aligned with brand standards
• Balance custom design with scalable, reusable solutions

UX, Data & Product Thinking

• Conduct user research and analyze customer behavior
• Partner with product and business teams to align design with strategy
• Use data and analytics to drive design improvements
• Plan and execute A/B tests, surveys, and feedback loops

Digital Marketing Collaboration

• Collaborate on SEM, paid media, and social campaigns
• Design high-performing assets for digital marketing channels
• Ensure consistency across acquisition and retention touchpoints

Design Systems & Brand

• Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and guidelines
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (website, email, packaging, and marketing assets)
• Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Support the evolution of the brand’s visual identity

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with Product, Marketing, E-commerce, and Engineering teams
• Translate business goals (conversion, retention, AOV) into design solutions
• Communicate clearly and manage stakeholder feedback

Ownership & Delivery

• Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work quickly
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems and make smart trade-offs

Vendor & Agency Management

• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners
• Lead scoping, briefs, timelines, and feedback cycles
• Prioritize design resources across campaigns, site, and packaging

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in e-commerce/DTC
• Strong Shopify design experience, understanding both its possibilities and practical limitations
• Advanced Figma proficiency for design and collaboration
• Experience in conversion optimization, A/B testing, and user research
• Exposure to digital marketing (SEM, paid media, social)
• Strong data-driven design mindset
• Experience with design systems
• Basic HTML & CSS knowledge
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System): Used for structured L10 leadership meetings with clear agendas.
