Role: Operations Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Job Type: Contract

Payout: $40 - $65/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Retail Operations Manager to work on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The position requires coordination with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize retail store workflows, including inventory, staffing, and customer service processes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, foot traffic, and inventory turnover.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance store performance and compliance.
Collaborate with regional managers to align store operations with broader business strategies.
