Role: Commercial Real Estate Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Job Type: Contract

Payout: $40 - $65/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Commercial Real Estate Manager to work on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties and managing tenant relationships. The position requires a strong understanding of real estate operations and leasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial properties to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Negotiate and execute lease agreements with tenants, ensuring compliance with legal and financial terms.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for property acquisition or disposition.
Oversee property maintenance, vendor contracts, and tenant service requests.
Prepare financial reports, track key performance indicators, and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate management or a related field.
Proficiency in lease administration, property management software, and financial modeling.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
