Role Overview:

One of our clients, a global leader in the Technology industry, seeks a skilled Coding Expert (Multi-Language) for a remote contractor position. This individual will play a pivotal role in advancing AI-driven technical evaluation, leveraging their expertise to review, refine, and enhance coding challenges and solutions. As a contractor, you will work independently to assess and validate multi-language coding challenges and their solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and review multi-language coding challenges and their solutions for technical interviews, ensuring high standards for technical interview content.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in coding challenges and solutions, refining them to improve the quality and accuracy of AI-generated interview materials.
• Collaborate with the internal evaluations team to develop and implement effective technical interview content, incorporating expert feedback to improve assessment quality.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms to inform coding challenge development.
• Apply expertise in code review, debugging, and testing to evaluate and improve coding challenges and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Go.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with code review, debugging, and testing.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Ability to develop and maintain clean, well-documented code.
