Role: Technical Lead – Machine Learning

Experience Level: 8 Years or Above

Work location: Mumbai, Bangalore & Trivandrum

What you’ll do:

You will be working as a TA Machine Learning Engineer within the healthcare domain, working on and delivering projects that are running across multiple geographies, helping healthcare organizations achieve their business goals with use of data ingestion technologies, cloud services & DevOps. You will be working with teams from other specialties such as Cloud engineering, Software engineering, Data engineering to create platforms, solutions and applications that cater to latest trends in the healthcare industry such as digital diagnosis, software as a medical product, AI marketplace, amongst others.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Developing high-level solution architectures and working with our offshore team of big-data engineers and decision science analysts to build, test and assess models that predict and optimize business outcomes based on client’s success criteria.
• Develop sophisticated yet simple interpretations and communicate insights to clients that lead to quantifiable business impact.
• Building deep relationships with clients by understanding their stated but more importantly, latent needs.
• Working closely with the offshore delivery managers to ensure a seamless communication and delivery cadence. Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
• Serve as a mentor or guide for senior resources / team leads.
• Lead the technical discussion regarding architecture designing and troubleshooting with the clients and provide solutions proactively as required. Fluent in communication

Skills Required:

• Must have:
• 8+ years’ experience of Hands-on in model development, deployment and operationalization of projects in Computer Vision, NLP, etc
• Strong theoretical understanding of Machine Learning concepts, as well DeepLearning base architectures, cloud-based web services architecture, design patterns and frameworks
• Comfortable with exploring new research and engineering/development best practices types
• Hands on experience working on and handling projects in the healthcare domain would be a desired skill
• Experience in implementing Deep Learning solutions pertaining to, but not restricted to, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, Auto ML.
• Exposure to latest cutting-edge research. Ability to implement a research paper, as well as augment the current solution and communicate it to clients and team
• Great analytical skills, with expertise in analytical toolkit such as Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis,Factor Analysis, Multivariate Regression, Statistical modelling, predictive analysis.

Leadership qualities

• Provide thought leadership to the team and bring industry best practices to the project.
• Ability to lead technology teams and provide them mentorship / support to accelerate performance.
• Ability to handle conflicts effectively by managing internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in leading multiple large projects as well as a deep understanding of Agile developments
• Effective communication with all the stakeholders involved.
• communicate clearly about complex subjects and technical plans with technical and non technical audiences.

Good to have:

• Hands-on experience with statistical tools and techniques
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/DevOps software development methodologies.
• Critical eye for the quality of data and strong desire to get it right.

• Effective communication with all the stakeholders involved
• Need to communicate clearly about complex subjects and technical plans
• Ability to mentor and groom junior members of the team and provide them with guidance and roadmap.
• Must also have the ability to interact with other members of the team (Juniors, Seniors, ATA, TA, BA, etc) to get their designs from concept to development Keeping various audiences in mind, engineers must write their reports in clear language accessible to all.
