About the Company
Specialist Software Engineer/ Business Analyst with 4 to 7 yr Oracle HCM Functional Expert Should have 4 to 7 years of experience in requirement analysis, and document business requirements from various stakeholders and perform fit-gap analysis to map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality - Core HR, Absence, OTL, Compensation & Talen Suite (ORC, Performance and Goals, Talent and Succession, Dynamic Skills). Functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should also act as the functional consultant for technical streams. Participates in business development activities and configure solutions for the project requirements.
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities: In depth knowledge in configure Oracle Cloud HCM with expertise in at least 3 modules from Core HR, Absence, OTL, Compensation and Talent Suite modules (ORC, Performance and Goals, Talent and Succession, Dynamic Skills). Expected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- The candidate must have Functional expertise on the below Oracle HCM functionalities
- Configure Core HR and setup of enterprise and workforce structures such as legal entities, business units, jobs, positions, and grades.
- Configure self-service transactions, approval workflows, and notifications to streamline HR processes and enhance the user experience.
- Define and manage HCM Security, including security roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs), to ensure data privacy and access control.
- Configure absence types, plans (accrual, qualification, entitlement), reasons, and certifications.
- Define and configure fast formulas for complex absence calculations and eligibility.
- Configure OTL components, including time entry layouts, time calculation rules, and approval workflows (BPM).
- Set up time categories, time attributes, and web clock buttons.
- Lead or support the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules, including Workforce Compensation, Base Pay, Grades, Salary Basis, and Compensation Cycles.
- Lead or support the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules, such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle Onboarding, Performance Management, Career Development & Opportunity Marketplace and Succession Planning.
- Work closely with other functional and technical streams to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive solution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage and resolve functional challenges.
- Raising SR, coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, assist in the identification and resolution of complex issues/problems on configuration.
- Should have completed at least 2 end to end implementation projects on the above-mentioned mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor.
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work in shifts.
