Job Description
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to drive end-to-end brand storytelling and creative strategy for a fast-growing D2C brand at the intersection of culture, content, and commerce.
What You’ll Do
- Own and define the brand’s creative vision and identity across all channels
- Lead 360° campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and offline touchpoints
- Translate consumer insights into compelling creative ideas and narratives
- Oversee execution across design, copy, and content
- Collaborate with growth, product, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, writers, and external agencies
- Ensure consistency, quality, and speed across all outputs
- Use data (CTR, ROI, performance metrics) to optimize campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years in a creative / brand / campaign role
- Experience in D2C brands or creative agencies
- Strong portfolio showcasing design + copy/storytelling
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work at speed
- Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders
- Hands-on with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and emerging AI creative tools
- Strong understanding of content across funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
