LÉLIOR is a fast-growing luxury fragrance brand specializing in niche oil-based perfumes and a unique “Create Your Own Fragrance” retail experience. With multiple successful locations in Florida, we are expanding into Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

We are looking for a hands-on Regional Operations Manager to lead this expansion—someone who can build, launch, and operate multiple retail kiosk locations from the ground up.

This is a high-responsibility, execution-driven role with direct access to ownership and strong growth potential.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for launching and managing LÉLIOR’s presence across multiple states. This includes setting up new kiosk locations, hiring and training teams, and driving strong sales performance from day one.

This role requires someone who is physically present, operationally strong, and highly sales-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup and launch of multiple kiosk locations across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware
  • Recruit, train, and manage high-performing retail sales teams
  • Drive daily sales, upselling, and customer engagement on the floor
  • Ensure consistent execution of LÉLIOR’s luxury brand experience
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, and operational flow across locations
  • Be on-site during store openings and initial ramp-up periods
  • Travel between locations as needed to maintain performance and standards
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting directly to ownership
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, operations, and team performance

Training & Onboarding

  • Initial 5–7 day training in Florida at one of our top-performing locations
  • Hands-on participation in a live kiosk launch with ownership
  • Ongoing support and direct communication with leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Retail experience required (multi-unit or kiosk experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive sales and lead from the front
  • Strong leadership and hiring instincts
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced mall environments
  • Willingness to travel frequently across multiple states
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality

Compensation

  • Base salary: $1,000–$1,500 per week (based on experience)
  • Performance-based commission on total regional sales
  • Opening bonuses for each successful kiosk launch
