Role Overview:
As a Senior LLM Integration & CICD Engineer at PwC, you will be responsible for building, operating, and enhancing integrations and CI/CD pipelines supporting AI platforms and AI-enabled use cases. Your role will involve troubleshooting integration and deployment issues, implementing secure deployment patterns, coordinating release readiness, and driving operational improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and support API-based integrations and connectors for AI platforms and enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and implement resilient patterns with appropriate operational telemetry.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads, ensuring repeatable build, test, and deploy processes.
- Coordinate release readiness activities to reduce production risk and support change execution.
- Implement secure secrets handling, access controls, and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements.
- Provide troubleshooting and incident support for pipeline and integration incidents, driving corrective actions.
- Automate deployment and operational tasks to improve consistency and reduce manual effort.
- Maintain integration documentation, pipeline runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize improvements, provide inputs to service reporting, and ensure operational discipline.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in developer experience and operational reliability.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT or a relevant field (Masters or relevant certifications preferred).
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and building deployment pipelines.
- Hands-on experience designing and supporting API integrations and connectors.
- Working knowledge of IAM, secrets management patterns, and secure delivery practices.
- Experience operating within ITIL-aligned processes and coordinating releases with governance.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise ITSM and operational tooling, CI/CD platforms, infrastructure automation, and cloud services. AWS certifications are highly preferred.
