Finance Team Manager

Role Overview:

At PwC, as a Manager in Managed Services focusing on financial systems analysis, you will support clients in running finance operations and enterprise financial systems at scale, enabling accurate financial reporting, efficient transaction processing, and strong financial controls. You will be responsible for supporting Infor CloudSuite Financials (CSF) across various modules for a US-based healthcare system. Your work will involve steady-state operations, SLA-driven support, financial close execution, system stability, and continuous improvement. You will work from PwC's India Acceleration Center, collaborating with onshore delivery teams and client stakeholders across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Infor CSF modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Ledger, Grants Management, and Close Management.
• Support various activities within each module such as journal entry processing, payment processing, asset lifecycle transactions, project billing, grant setup, financial close execution, integration touchpoints, compliance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements within defined SLAs using ticketing tools.
• Participate in transition and knowledge transfer activities, identify automation opportunities, and contribute to reporting, data validation, and financial analytics.

Qualifications Required:

• 48+ years of experience in finance operations, ERP financial systems support, and/or finance technology-enabled service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Financials (CSF) or comparable ERP financial platforms.
• Demonstrated breadth across at least 34 finance modules with depth in at least 12 areas.
• Strong functional understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Ledger, Grants Management, and Close Management.
• Experience working in SLA-driven managed services, shared services, or outsourced finance operations environments.
• Familiarity with financial controls, audit evidence requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work in US shift hours from India AC as required by the engagement.
