Role Overview: As the AGM/GM Brand Management for Curious Junior, you will be responsible for leading the brands narrative, voice, and strategy across all touchpoints. Your main tasks will include owning the positioning, storytelling, content vision, and brand campaigns that resonate with parents, students, and schools. This role is high-impact and ideal for someone who can think long-term and execute swiftly. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the brand identity, voice, and positioning of Curious Junior in the EdTech landscape. - Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, credibility, and emotional resonance with young learners and parents. - Ensure consistent and age-appropriate brand communication across all internal and external platforms. Content Leadership: - Own the content strategy across YouTube, mobile app, website, and social media for Curious Junior. - Oversee the creation of child-friendly, parent-trusted, and curriculum-aligned content. - Collaborate with educators and creative teams to build impactful digital storytelling and product narratives. Campaigns & Ecosystem Engagement: - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, events, contests, and seasonal initiatives. - Engage with influencers, parent communities, schools, creators, and media to build brand relevance and advocacy. - Explore B2B/B2C partnerships that enhance brand trust and market reach. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with Product, Growth, Academics, Design, and Tech teams to ensure a seamless brand experience. - Advocate for the Curious Junior brand in product design, user journeys, and feature launches. Analytics & Market Insights: - Define brand KPIs and track performance through awareness, engagement, and retention metrics. - Leverage insights from user data, market research, and competitive benchmarks to refine brand strategy. - Conduct regular brand health assessments and consumer sentiment analysis. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or Business (MBA preferred). - 7-10 years of experience in brand management, digital content, or marketing roles, ideally with 2-3 years in a leadership capacity. - Demonstrated success in managing youth/education-focused brands or child-centric platforms. - Strong grasp of content marketing, digital storytelling, and creative execution. - Experience working with CMS, performance marketing tools, and social media platforms.
