QC (Quality Checker) English & Science (Grade 1-8)

As a QC (Quality Checker) for English and Science live classes for Grades 1-8 in an online edtech environment, your role is crucial in ensuring curriculum alignment, content quality, and effective teacher delivery. You will need to bring strong subject expertise in English and/or Science, along with a structured approach to quality control and feedback for continuous improvement.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Audit live classes (English & Science) to ensure CBSE/ICSE alignment, concept clarity, and age-appropriate delivery.
• Evaluate teacher performance in areas such as explanation clarity, concept delivery, questioning techniques, and syllabus coverage.
• Review content creation including PPTs, lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments for language accuracy, scientific correctness, and learner-friendly content.
• Provide structured feedback to teachers on explanation methods, classroom engagement, and concept simplification.
• Maintain structured records, prepare concise reports, and manage data related to audits, QC, feedback, and issue closure.
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Science, or related field (B.Ed. preferred).
• Experience in teaching, academic quality, curriculum review, live class auditing, or teacher training.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, Google Slides/PowerPoint, spreadsheets, LMS tools, and online pedagogy.
• Comfortable with analyzing recorded sessions, managing dashboards, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
