About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager who can drive business growth, generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to take ownership of revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on lead status and business performance.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and business presentations professionally.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
