Finance Manager Tax & Treasury

As a Senior Manager of Accounts & Finance at Pure Nutrition, you will play a vital role in overseeing all financial accounting, reporting, and analysis activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive efficiencies in financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and overseeing collections.
• Tax Compliance: Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns, including GST and corporate income tax, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Offer actionable insights to support business performance and mitigate financial risks.
• Financial Systems and Processes: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial operations to optimize efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA-Finance with 7-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in the Nutraceuticals, Ayurveda, Health & Wellness FMCG & Pharma industry as an Accounts Manager or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
