Overview

As a Social Producer, you’ll play a crucial role in the production process from beginning to end for a key client in the telecom, sports and entertainment space. Working with a team of creators and creatives you’ll not only make sure the team is on budget, but will ensure what the team delivers is on brief and on time. With your careful and resourceful eye, you’ll help us redefine what best-in-class social content really looks like for the brands we touch
Responsibilities
- Actively assist the team by providing project management support in development, pre-pro, post-pro through to delivery.
- Produce and project manage content projects from development to delivery.
- Work with an existing or net new roster of vendors on projects.
- Develop production estimates and careful management of budgets.
- Build production schedules and oversee key deadlines in prep, production and post-production.
- Manage, share and file assets at each step of the post-production process including final delivery.
- Secure internal approvals as required.
- Actively participate in client meetings, brainstorms and presentations.
- Help determine and implement organizational best practices.
- Identify client issues and raise awareness with senior team.
- Collaborate with inter-agency teams including strategists, creatives, creators, account teams, and project managers.
- Take feedback in stride – we win together & lose together!
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Broadcast Journalism, Film, Advertising or other relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in television, video and/or film production.
- You stay current with social media and cultural trends, progressive production processes and technology and are always learning.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring demonstrated organizational and project management skills along with the ability to think and communicate strategically.
- You bring experience in assisting in the development of program content, including researching, writing and editing.
- You have a working knowledge of leading edge online, video, film and broadcasting technology.
- Experience working with multiple sources of content.
- Ability to assess, work and deliver on client needs.
- An excellent communicator, you pride yourself on your ability to be a team player and manage multiple projects.

Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $65K - $75K per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
