Candidate should have/be:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Be able to reason with and communicate ideas they bring to the table.

• Have experience using at least one Coding Agent enabled IDE (e.g. VS Code, Amazon Kiro)
• Have experience working with at least AI Coding Agents (e.g. Claude Code, Codex)

Programming tools, languages and Frameworks:

• Languages and Core Java: Java 8+ (I/O, Multithreading, Collections, Generics, Lambda).
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular 9+
• Spring Ecosystem: Spring Core, MVC, Boot, Security, Data JPA.
• APIs and Web Services: REST, GraphQL.
• ORM and Persistence: Hibernate, JDBC, JTA, DAO.
• Data Formats: XML (technologies and parsers), JSON.
• Application Servers: Apache Tomcat, Jetty.
• Build and Testing Tools: Maven, Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber.
• Design Patterns: MVC, Singleton, Facade, Factory, DAO, DTO.
• Containers and Orchestration: Docker, AWS EKS.
• CI/CD and ALM: Jenkins, JIRA; application lifecycle management.
• Streaming: Apache Kafka

Proficiency in Databases:

• Very Good understanding of RDBMS (e.g. MS SQL or PostgreSQL).
• Write advanced SQL queries (thorough understanding of JOINs).
• Performance tuning of SQLs.

Pay Range: $85-90/hr.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
