Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer with 5-7+ years of professional software development experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and expertise in a wide range of programming tools, languages, and frameworks. This role involves end-to-end software development, performance optimization, and collaborative solution delivery while adhering to industry best practices and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end software development, including analysis, planning, architecture, design, development, automated testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Optimize system performance by analyzing bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Provide production support and maintenance, resolve critical issues, and fulfill ad-hoc requests to ensure seamless business operations.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate and reason with ideas effectively.
• Experience using at least one Coding Agent-enabled IDE (e.g., VSCode, Amazon Kiro).
• Experience working with AI Coding Agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex).
• Proficiency in databases, including a strong understanding of RDBMS (e.g., MS SQL or PostgreSQL) and advanced SQL query writing.
• Proficiency in Docker containers and understanding of application lifecycle management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., JIRA, Jenkins) for application deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8 (or above), REST API Web Services, GraphQL API, and Spring frameworks (Core, MVC, Boot, Security, Data).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and Angular 9 or above.
• Experience with Apache Tomcat, Jetty Server, Maven, Gradle, Junit/Mockito, and Cucumber.
• Familiarity with design patterns like MVC, Singleton, Factory, DAO, and DTO.
• Experience with XML and JSON technologies, ORM frameworks like Hibernate, and streaming technologies like Kafka.
• Experience with AWS EKS.

Pay Range: $80- $90
