As an Account Manager in the Broker Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for the region. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing data to ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory and tracking other key parameters.
- Conducting client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to establish a flagship brand for property services in the respective region.
- Ensuring service delivery and client retention.
- Providing market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to the Marketing team for launching the right promotional and customer communication initiatives.
- Achieving targets in the designated areas.
- Identifying new projects and new brokers in the designated territories and acquiring them to ensure coverage across the designated territory.
- Managing relationships with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Graduation or Post-graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales responsibility.
- Previous experience working in the real estate business.
- An outgoing personality, confidence, and self-motivation.
- Strong presentation skills.
- A passion for selling, resilience, and persistence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and strong negotiation skills.
- Strong execution skills.
Please note that the required skills for this role are Direct Sales and B2B Sales with an experience range of 5.00 to 9.00 years.
