Now Hiring: Part-Time Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

Pay: $18/hour

What you’ll do:

• Provide warm, professional customer service to our customers
• Assist with orders, inquiries, and general customer support
• Work closely with the sales team, accounts, and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Use computer systems to process information accurately
• Represent the Spearhead brand with a positive attitude

What we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service skills with a pleasant, people-first attitude
• Comfortable and proficient with computers
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple departments
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Previous customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
