About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Management Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone who thrives on performance, enjoys building relationships, and wants uncapped earning potential.
You will be responsible for generating new business by connecting with property owners, real estate agents & investors, and landlords who are in need of professional property management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and online channels
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and investors
- Present and promote property management services to potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
