Job Role & Responsibilities
Research Associate – IVD / R&D (ELISA)
- Design, develop, and optimize ELISA-based immunoassays
- Develop and validate new diagnostic kits for clinical use
- Perform antibody conjugation and reagent preparation
- Optimize assay components such as buffers, antigens, and antibodies
- Evaluate assay sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility
