Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will act as the primary point of contact for our clients and customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide information about company services and assist customers with their requirements.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
• Ensure all customer communications reflect the company's professional standards.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience in customer service, client support, telesales, or related roles is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
