About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review job descriptions, understand client requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.

2. Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, internal databases, social media, and referrals.

3. Evaluate candidates' experience, skills, competencies, and overall suitability for the role.

4. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.

5. Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and secure candidate commitment for current and future requirements.

6. Submit shortlisted candidates' profiles to hiring managers for review and approval.

7. Maintain timely communication with candidates and provide regular updates on their application status.

8. Engage with candidates consistently through email, phone calls, and video interactions to build strong relationships.
